Engineering PMO for Space [Engineering Data Management Specialist]

What you will do

• Define, establish, institutionalize, support, and maintain Engineering Data Management standards, processes, and deliverables.
• Define specialty-area deliverables in line with project life cycles and engineering organization needs.
• Build and integrate EDM processes into complete solutions delivered by projects.
• Prepare engineering data management artifacts, including interactive schedules, resource plans, dashboards, project reports, technical documentation, Confluence pages, and Earned Value Management KPIs.
• Support life-cycle processes that balance cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Collaborate with Chief Engineers, Project Managers, Work Package Managers, and other stakeholders across engineering teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT, system engineering, or data management, including at least 1–2 years in project management support or PMO.
• Proven experience in an IT or system engineering technical domain.
• Experience with project management tools and processes, including Microsoft Project, Enterprise Project Management, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suite, PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence.
• Knowledge of software development processes, hardware engineering, Agile ways of working, project management, and basic financial processes.
• Fluent English required; basic German and French are advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder communication, organization, problem-solving, customer orientation, and adaptability skills.

Nice to have

• CAPM or PMO certification.
• Familiarity with System Engineering methodologies such as INCOSE and related tools.
