Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Salary: $114,000–$144,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning aligned with corporate financial goals.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, commercial, and other cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and strategic analysis.
• Administer and optimize FP&A tools, including Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion Planning, and Salesforce for financial data integration and reporting.
• Lead or support finance system rollouts and process enhancements, including requirements gathering, testing, and change management.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses, reporting, business models, and monthly Management Business Review presentations.
• Prepare supplemental external metrics, GAAP to non-GAAP reconciliations, and quarterly forecast updates for related stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field.
• Two years of experience with end-to-end budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Two years of experience administering financial planning or EPM tools such as Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion Planning, or SAP BPC.
• Experience extracting and managing ERP data from systems such as NetSuite or SAP, and integrating it with project forecasting tools.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available.
