FP&A Associate

Location: Louisville, Colorado, United States

Salary: $105,000–$131,325 per year, plus an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Provide holistic financial management for a portfolio of approximately 1 GW of thermal and utility-scale renewable power plants in operation.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews and forecast EBITDA and earnings.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and identify financial risks and performance opportunities.
• Work with asset management and operations leaders to optimize financial performance.
• Support lender and tax equity relationships and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience preparing and coordinating budgets, forecasts, and related reporting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, including financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis across the income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows.
• Experience with accounting systems such as SAP, BPC, Anaplan, or similar tools.
• Experience building three-statement financial models from scratch.
• Experience overseeing the finances of renewable or thermal power plants.
• Fluent English is required; the position is based in Louisville, Colorado, United States.
