Financial Analyst (FP&A)

What you will do

• Prepare and maintain P&L, Cash Flow, management reports, and financial data validation.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, Plan vs Actual analysis, and variance analysis.
• Analyze financial performance, identify deviation drivers, and provide business recommendations.
• Control project budgets, profitability, Gross Margin, forecasts, and financial risks.
• Plan and validate personnel-related costs, including compensation, payroll, salary planning, and bonuses.
• Partner with department heads, delivery managers, and other stakeholders while improving and automating financial models, reporting, and processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
• Practical experience with budgeting, forecasting, Plan vs Actual analysis, management reporting, and financial modelling.
• Experience independently preparing P&L, Cash Flow, and other management reports.
• Experience with personnel cost planning, compensation, bonus calculations, and business partnering.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including Pivot Tables, complex formulas, Power Query or QUERY, and large datasets.
• Practical experience using AI tools for financial analysis, reporting, data validation, or process improvement; English at B1 or higher; higher education in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
