Account Executive (AI)

What you will do

• Build a sales pipeline from scratch among German local governments and public sector organisations.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery and proposals through procurement and close.
• Lead discovery conversations with public sector buyers about AI adoption.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying additional customer needs and opportunities.
• Help define hirify.global’s go-to-market and sales approach in Germany.

Requirements

• Experience independently generating leads and building a pipeline.
• Ability to work autonomously without a predefined playbook and take ownership of outcomes.
• Comfort managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Curiosity about AI and how public organisations adopt it.
• Fluent German is required.
