What you will do

• Lead and develop a motivated, high-performing engineering team focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Accelerate product development through agile methodologies, iterative design, and rapid prototyping.
• Ensure engineering excellence across design, quality, manufacturability, serviceability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Establish scalable team structures, standardized processes, engineering tools, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Drive disciplined project execution, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with procurement, production, logistics, and service.
• Align engineering strategies with long-term technology and footprint roadmaps while advancing vacuum technology expertise.

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams and building a culture of ownership, motivation, and technical mastery.
• Ability to apply agile product development, iterative design, rapid prototyping, and structured prioritization.
• Knowledge of engineering quality, manufacturability, serviceability, sustainability, and regulatory standards.
• Experience with project execution, risk management, process standardization, and performance measurement.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines and geographies.
