Service Maintenance Technician - Refrigeration

Location: Kent and Sussex, United Kingdom; in office / on location

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems to industry standards.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance and routine inspections across hirify.global sites.
• Diagnose faults, carry out reactive repairs, and respond promptly to emergency service calls.
• Monitor and optimize refrigeration system performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team on preventative maintenance programs.

Requirements

• Relevant refrigeration certifications, such as City & Guilds 2079 F-Gas, are essential.
• Practical CO2 refrigeration service and maintenance experience.
• Strong refrigeration knowledge and the ability to read technical drawings.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Suitable Maths and English qualification and good communication skills.
