HVAC Service Technician - Kent (HVAC)

Location: Field-based work at customer locations in Basingstoke, Hampshire, UK

What you will do

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and commission HVAC products and equipment at customer sites.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, breakdown response, warranty work, hire, and commissioning activities.
• Use diagnostic software, applications, hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to resolve equipment issues.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide reliable technical support as a trusted point of contact.
• Prepare reports on completed invoiced work orders and share customer insights with service, sales, operations, and technical teams.
• Participate in scheduled standby and call-out coverage, including weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a service or field-based technician role.
• Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Appropriate skilled-based certificates, including F-Gas certification.
• Proficiency with diagnostic software, applications, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• UK driving licence and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Right to work in the UK required.
