Mobile Technician (Greenford Depot)

Location: Greenford, London. Field-based work at customer locations, with travel between sites. Candidates should be based around Oxfordshire, Berkshire or North-West London, including Milton Keynes, Luton or Aylesbury.

What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs, modifications and diagnostic analysis on customer fleet vehicles and related equipment.
• Attend customer sites within the assigned area and ensure replacement parts and warranty claims meet required standards.
• Complete job cards, service sheets, timesheets and end-of-shift handovers accurately and on time.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external customers while supporting workshop and field-service objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and undertake training to become multi-skilled.
• Follow company, industry and legal health, safety and environmental standards, including safe systems of work and PPE requirements.

Requirements

• Essential experience in mechanical and/or refrigeration work.
• Ability to work with minimal day-to-day supervision and flexibility to work at different locations.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical information.
• Computer literacy and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Full driving licence.
• GCSEs in Mathematics and English, F-Gas 2079, and electrical or mechanical certificates are desirable.
