Project Manager (AI)

Location: Fully Remote, United States

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead program execution and day-to-day coordination for a federal government client.
• Translate customer priorities into project plans, milestones, responsibilities, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate technical specialists, business analysts, project leads, government stakeholders, and partner organizations.
• Track schedules, staffing, deliverables, dependencies, risks, actions, and contract performance.
• Prepare program reports, leadership briefings, presentations, and customer-facing communications.
• Identify delivery issues, coordinate corrective actions, and support growth planning for additional customer programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, information technology, public administration, or a related field.
• At least eight years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, project coordination, or customer delivery.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Strong written communication, executive briefing, meeting management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to coordinate data, software, automation, or AI initiatives across technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain federal suitability and required government system access.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a federal civilian agency or federal contractor.
• Familiarity with federal contracting, task-order management, and government reporting requirements.
• Experience with data analytics, software development, automation, AI, Agile delivery, business analysis, process improvement, or change management.
• Project Management Professional, Scrum, or comparable certification.
• Existing federal suitability or PIV credential.
