Data Scientist (Generative AI)

Data science and machine learning solutions are being developed for retail business use cases.

What you will do

• Develop and implement time-series forecasting models for retail trends, sales, and customer behavior.
• Design business solutions using generative AI techniques and large language models.
• Develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models.
• Analyze unstructured image, text, and audio data with deep learning algorithms.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model development, and validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to communicate insights and build scalable data science solutions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data science focused on forecasting, machine learning, deep learning, and statistics.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark.
• Experience with forecasting, classification, clustering, optimization, NLP libraries, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and Databricks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Previous retail industry experience, especially in fashion retail.
• Successful delivery of forecasting and generative AI projects.
