What you will do

• Lead the research, design, implementation, and deployment of machine learning algorithms, intelligent agents, and optimization solutions for enterprise applications.
• Help customers build AI applications on the hirify.global Suite.
• Contribute to new hirify.global Suite features and analytics capabilities.
• Analyze model performance across asset fleets, diagnose low risk scores and false positives, and recommend hyperparameter adjustments.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, subject matter experts, and customer teams to validate and interpret data.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Applied AI experience, including generative AI, agentic solutions, regression, classification, supervised learning, and unsupervised learning.
• Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
• Experience with scalable machine learning, including MapReduce and streaming.
• Ability to drive projects independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with JavaScript, Python, and R.
• Experience with Java or Scala.
• Portfolio of projects, GitHub repositories, or research papers.
