Data Scientist (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Propose data-driven solutions using machine learning models and advanced statistical methods for business challenges.
• Work with business units and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct data research, and deliver solutions to production.
• Own the full lifecycle of machine learning models, monitor performance, and improve data science automation pipelines.
• Prototype and productionize applied AI solutions, including custom RAG systems, agentic processes, and knowledge graphs.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and business impact while communicating results and recommendations clearly.

Requirements

• MSc in computer science or an equivalent quantitative field with a focus on machine learning.
• At least 3 years of industry experience in data science or machine learning, including developing models from initiation through production.
• Strong foundations in data science, machine learning, model evaluation, and performance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with the Python machine learning and deep learning ecosystem, databases, and time-series forecasting.
• Experience implementing and evaluating custom RAG systems and improving their performance.
• Independent, delivery-oriented work style, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent spoken and written English.
