Head of Recruitment (Fintech/Web3)

What you will do

• Own the recruitment strategy and function end-to-end, from workforce planning and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters while setting standards and managing team performance.
• Personally lead complex searches for Senior, Head, and Director-level positions.
• Advise C-level stakeholders and business leaders on role strategy, market insights, and hiring decisions.
• Build scalable sourcing and pipeline processes with hiring managers across functions.
• Manage the hiring budget, headcount forecasting, recruitment metrics, candidate experience, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including at least 2 years leading a recruitment team in fintech or Web3.
• Experience building and scaling a recruitment function across global markets, including the EU, US, and APAC.
• Experience hiring senior and executive talent and partnering with hiring managers and leadership.
• Experience managing hiring budgets, forecasting headcount and costs, and reporting on recruitment performance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, data analysis, ATS, HR tools, KPI, dashboard, and reporting skills.
• English proficiency at C1 level is required; the role involves daily communication with candidates and stakeholders across global markets.
