Contract Recruiter (Fintech)

Location: Remote; role location listed as Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Recruitment scope covers CIS countries and talent pipelines across Asia.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Marketing and Sales roles, from intake and sourcing through candidate management and offer support.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to clarify requirements, priorities, and market conditions.
• Source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS databases, and local job platforms.
• Build talent pipelines across Asia and map competitor companies and talent pools in fintech and financial services.
• Conduct screening calls in Business English, coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and maintain candidate engagement.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, clean pipelines, status reporting, and early risk escalation with proposed solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Recruiter.
• Strong experience in Mass Hiring and as a 360 recruiter, ideally within fintech, financial services, trading, FX, CFD, or crypto.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting Marketing and Sales roles.
• Hands-on recruitment experience in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Hong Kong.
• Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn, Boolean search, ATS databases, and local job boards.
• Excellent Business English, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work remotely while remaining highly responsive and accountable.

Nice to have

• Experience working within an in-house Talent Acquisition team rather than only in an agency environment.
• Familiarity with regional market nuances, candidate expectations, and compensation dynamics.
• Experience supporting high-growth or fast-moving businesses.
