Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote within Greece and the CET time zone.

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies for sourcing and hiring qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing team to expand sourcing channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare recruitment activity reports and work with other departments on process improvements.
• Use AI-powered tools to optimize recruitment processes and improve output quality.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including IT and marketing/sales openings.
• Global recruitment experience focused on Europe.
• Proven experience closing C-level roles.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques, tools, and channels.
• Experience with recruitment ATS, task-tracking, and reporting systems.
• Proactive approach to using AI and automation in daily work.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Ability to analyze cultural markers in candidates and match them with suitable roles.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills; flexibility in a geographically distributed team; and a result-oriented approach.
