Talent Acquisition Lead (Fintech)

Location: Cyprus; hybrid mode with a flexible working schedule.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and coach recruitment team members while maintaining high operational standards.
• Oversee full-lifecycle recruitment strategy and execution for assigned non-technical roles.
• Track team and individual recruitment metrics against talent acquisition KPIs and business targets.
• Improve recruitment workflows to increase efficiency and quality of hire.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and fintech industry partners.
• Analyze pipeline health, source effectiveness, and talent acquisition data to support business decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on, full-lifecycle recruitment experience.
• At least 1 year of direct experience managing, mentoring, or leading a talent acquisition team.
• Experience sourcing and hiring for non-technical functions, ideally in fintech.
• Ability to manage multiple complex hiring projects and prioritize effectively.
• Analytical, proactive, and outcome-focused approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level or higher.
