What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and insurance carriers.
• Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day customer service, inquiries, escalations, and resolution.
• Coordinate team activities and manage project plans, renewals, sales documentation, and customer timelines.
• Support implementation of new coverage lines by setting up accounts, collecting documentation, and reviewing plan details.
• Process requests involving policies, coverage changes, certificates of insurance, billing, payments, and related services.
• Maintain compliance documentation and participate in continuing education and industry training.

Requirements

• Active Life, Accident, and Health License.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of medical, disability, life, AD&D, voluntary, dental, and vision benefits.
• Experience managing employee benefit renewals, service requests, and customer escalations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a high level of confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
