Agent Sales Advisor (Insurtech)

Location: Harrisburg, PA, United States; travel required.

What you will do

• Initiate, build, and maintain relationships with assigned insurance agents.
• Recruit agents through meetings, sales events, trade shows, and road shows.
• Serve as the primary contact for agents, answering enrollment questions and supporting sales needs.
• Manage sales leads through the Ritter Sales Flow, from initial contact through conversion into contracted agents.
• Explain Ritter tools, services, platform registration, and contracting procedures.
• Coordinate with operational teams to resolve agent issues and support territory sales targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of insurance and agent relationships.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, contracting, and new business operations.
• Some relevant experience; candidates without experience may follow a progression from Agent Sales Assistant or Team Support Coordinator.
• Strong phone communication, customer service, computer, and typing skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
