Delivery Senior Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Define, establish, and evolve AI delivery best practices for the Delivery Managers community.
• Lead the rollout and adoption of AI-powered ways of working across projects, programs, and customer engagements.
• Advise and coach delivery teams on AI tools, agents, automation, and productivity improvements.
• Measure AI adoption, effectiveness, and business impact using KPIs, dashboards, and success metrics.
• Embed AI into delivery governance, reporting, planning, risk management, and project execution.
• Assess AI’s impact on roles, skills, staffing, team structures, and operating models while driving organizational change.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience coordinating complex IT projects, programs, or portfolios across multiple teams and delivery streams.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, software development environments, and Agile delivery.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar delivery management tools.
• Understanding of SDLC, release management, software architecture, APIs, system integrations, and microservices.
• Experience with governance, stakeholder management, roadmap and dependency planning, risk mitigation, KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Practical experience using and scaling AI technologies, including understanding generative AI capabilities, limitations, risks, and enterprise adoption considerations. Fluent written and spoken English is required.

• Experience leading AI transformation, rollout, or organizational AI adoption initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, workflow automation, and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Experience coaching Delivery Managers and measuring AI adoption through productivity, quality, and business-impact metrics.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software engineering and AI-enabled delivery practices.
• PMP, Prince2, SAFe, Scrum, or similar certification.
