Senior Delivery / Project Manager (AI)

Location: Remote from Wrocław or Bielsko-Biała, Poland

Salary: 120–150 PLN/h + VAT on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Coordinate customer implementations from requirements gathering and configuration through MVP or pilot, UAT, production, and transition to BAU.
• Manage multiple implementations in parallel, maintaining priorities, milestones, ownership, and delivery momentum.
• Gather and structure customer requirements, configuration needs, risks, issues, dependencies, and external blockers.
• Plan MVPs, pilots, UAT, production readiness, go-live activities, and customer decision points with product and engineering teams.
• Translate technical dependencies involving APIs, integrations, environments, and deployments into clear customer actions and expectations.
• Continuously improve short, repeatable implementation cycles across distributed teams and time zones.

Requirements

• Strong experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS implementations, ideally in a Professional Services environment.
• Proven project or delivery management experience across the complete customer implementation lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with requirements and configuration gathering, MVP or pilot planning, UAT coordination, and risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Experience coordinating customer, product, and engineering teams while managing multiple implementations in parallel.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and confidence working with senior and technical stakeholders.
• Strong written and spoken English is required for daily work in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering software in financial services or with collections and contact-centre platforms.
• Exposure to AI, conversational AI, or voice-technology implementations.
• Experience with short, repeatable customer implementation cycles and distributed engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Professional Services organisations delivering configurable products and integrations to enterprise customers.
