Marketplace Delivery Manager (AI)

Location: Remote from Serbia

hirify.global is a Series C product company building an AI-powered platform for multilingual content delivery, combining generative AI, human expertise, and automated workflows.

What you will do

• Own the full marketplace onboarding experience from pre-sales through steady-state operations.
• Configure and automate customer workflows, including freelancer assignment, vendor management, and workspace settings.
• Build and maintain vendor teams while enabling suppliers with hirify.global AI tools and best practices.
• Set up and manage translation memories, glossaries, style guides, and QA automation.
• Safeguard quality and on-time delivery SLAs, resolving issues and escalating risks when required.
• Provide product feedback and workflow insights that influence roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, vendor management, supply chain management, or operations.
• Experience scoping projects, allocating resources, managing risk, and tracking delivery performance.
• Understanding of technical concepts related to translation technologies and the ability to use AI tools to streamline processes.
• Experience delivering support, training, or adoption initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail and customer empathy.
• Fluent English is required; the role is remote from Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketplace environments or large vendor and freelancer pools.
• PMP or a similar project management certification.
• Additional language skills.
