Marketplace Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Own onboarding and continuous improvement for customers using the hirify.global Marketplace.
• Scope customer requirements, configure workflows, deliver marketplace training, and support adoption.
• Select, manage, and develop freelancer and vendor pools using hirify.global AI and manual sourcing where needed.
• Set up language assets and QA automation, monitor delivery progress, and protect quality and on-time SLAs.
• Support proof-of-concept projects by defining success criteria, workflows, timelines, and execution plans.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, and Account teams while providing actionable product feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, vendor management, supply chain management, or operations.
• Experience scoping projects, allocating resources, managing risks, and tracking delivery performance.
• Experience supporting training, customer adoption, and operational enablement.
• Good understanding of technical concepts related to translation technologies and AI workflow tools.
• Experience working with large freelancer or vendor pools and remote multicultural teams.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are desirable.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketplace environments.
• Project management certification such as PMP.
• Experience with rare language pairs or specialized translation domains.
