IT Delivery Manager (DevSecOps)

What you will do

• Lead multiple IT projects or major phases of complex engagements from initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, success criteria, plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal technical teams.
• Oversee requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, and technical deliverable validation.
• Manage risks, issues, project performance, documentation, reports, and executive presentations.
• Mentor junior consultants and technical staff to support delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT consulting, project management, or technical delivery leadership.
• Experience managing medium-to-large-scale IT projects, preferably in government or enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Secret security clearance required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with cloud transformation, enterprise modernization, or digital initiatives.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and DevSecOps practices.
