Engineer for Air Navigation (EGNOS)

Location: Tres Cantos, Madrid, Spain; hybrid working model. Up to 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside the usual geographical area.

What you will do

• Support deployment management of MCC and RIMS elements for the EGNOS system at airport facilities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in deployment activities.
• Develop scripts for automated data analysis based on specific operational needs.
• Analyze GNSS performance, identify anomalies, and trace their origins through root cause analysis.
• Support the preparation of technical and financial bids for contracting documents.

Requirements

• Degree in aerospace engineering or telecommunications engineering.
• Knowledge of air navigation.
• Knowledge of EGNOS and GPS system-level architecture.
• Experience or knowledge of Python, Matlab, or similar tools for script development.
