What you will do

• Develop, structure, and update the Times Methodology, ensuring alignment with MTM based standards, Nordex information levels, and Nordex frameworks.
• Define, calculate, and validate times at all process levels, ensuring consistency, traceability, and data integrity.
• Build and maintain the times database, including parameters, resources, prerequisites, weather thresholds, and resource movements.
• Support the creation and synchronization of Road Maps, ensuring workload balancing, shift alignment, sequencing logic, and compliance with installation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure full digital continuity across all NX systems.
• Analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to standardization, efficiency gains, and methodology evolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related STEM field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Experience in process engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding process optimization techniques, including methods and installation procedures.
• Experience in the wind industry or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, MTM, Python, SQL, and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) and Spanish is desirable.
• Availability to make short trips.
