What you will do

• Perform structural verifications for concrete and steel structures within tower development projects.
• Design and evaluate new tubular steel, concrete, and hybrid towers as well as anchor cages.
• Lead root cause analyses for field issues and support the implementation of cost-effective solutions on site.
• Prepare high-quality technical documentation, including reports and calculations aligned with project standards.
• Collaborate with internal/external experts and suppliers to drive robust engineering solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization to reduce the cost of energy and increase productivity.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar engineering roles.
• Solid knowledge of international standards including IEC 61400-6, Eurocodes, Model Codes, and DIBt guidelines.
• Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) using Ansys or Abaqus.
• Understanding of bolted flange connections, pretensioning systems, and fatigue analysis.
• English: Fluency required; knowledge of German and/or Spanish is a plus.

Nice to have

• Advanced programming skills, specifically in Python.
