What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across the EMEA region.
• Build qualified candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, marketing, and daily interview calls.
• Source, evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Develop recruitment strategies and approaches aligned with business and talent needs in each market.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
• Communicate recruitment progress and strategies to Talent Acquisition colleagues and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of direct, end-to-end talent sourcing and recruitment experience.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong networking, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical approach to pipeline management.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, service-oriented, and can-do attitude.
