Location: Must be residing in Istanbul city center (Fully remote)

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to hiring.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to assess human resources requests and define talent needs.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates and manage job postings across various platforms.
  • Conduct initial CV screenings and HR interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Coordinate technical interviews and ensure all feedback is documented in the ATS.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring quality and the overall candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Must be residing in Istanbul city center.
  • Advanced level of English (C1+) is mandatory for all communication and interviews.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in recruitment.
  • University degree in social sciences, management, or economics.
  • Proficiency in recruiting sourcing tools, HR systems, spreadsheets, and collaborative tools.
