What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to hiring.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to assess human resources requests and define talent needs.
- Source and attract qualified candidates and manage job postings across various platforms.
- Conduct initial CV screenings and HR interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
- Coordinate technical interviews and ensure all feedback is documented in the ATS.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring quality and the overall candidate experience.
Requirements
- Must be residing in Istanbul city center.
- Advanced level of English (C1+) is mandatory for all communication and interviews.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in recruitment.
- University degree in social sciences, management, or economics.
- Proficiency in recruiting sourcing tools, HR systems, spreadsheets, and collaborative tools.
