What you will do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and skills for open roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural alignment.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of candidates for future opportunities.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear and consistent communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within fast-paced international environments.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment platforms.
• Solid understanding of qualifications for Finance, Help Desk, and Corporate positions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; experience with NAMER and EMEA regions is a plus.
