What you will do

• Manage commercial activities on site, including the timely submission of EWNs and CEs.
• Maintain contractual notification registers and prepare quotations for compensation events.
• Support payment applications, CVRs, and internal and client reporting requirements.
• Draft and negotiate subcontracts and perform contract administration for suppliers.
• Optimize project profitability and minimize company liabilities through contractual advice.
• Support the valuation and invoicing process and the certification of subcontractor accounts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a post-graduate Quantity Surveyor role.
• Minimum HNC/Degree or equivalent in quantity surveying or a similar field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office suites.
• Mandatory CCNSG or CSCS MAPS/Operatives card to operate on site.

Nice to have

• Experience with NEC3 or NEC4 contracts.
• Membership of a professional body such as RICS.
• Experience working for a main contractor or subcontractor in the industrial services/engineering sector.
• Proven evidence of risk and change management.
