Specialist - Product Management, FinTech

Location: Poland; hybrid work with at least 3 days a week in-office

Annual gross base pay: zł117,000–zł228,000, plus applicable short-term and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Translate EBA and local regulatory requirements into product features and functional specifications.
• Write and maintain Business Requirements Documents and Functional Specifications Documents covering data inputs, processes, logic, and expected outcomes.
• Partner with Development, QA, Product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and compliant.
• Support test case development, clarify requirements, and address regulatory questions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to inform product evolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–6+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, fintech, regulatory/compliance, or financial services.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory and business requirements into structured, developer-ready documentation.
• Experience collaborating across matrixed teams including engineering, design, and QA.
• Understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, banking products, EBA guidelines, FINREP, and statistical or financial reporting standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulatory reporting platforms or compliance-focused software products.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Exposure to SQL, data, and analytics concepts.
• Additional spoken languages such as French, Spanish, German, or Dutch.
