TL;DR
Specialist - Product Management, FinTech (Regulatory Reporting): Translating complex financial and regulatory requirements into product features, business requirements, and functional specifications for regulatory reporting software with an accent on EBA guidelines, FINREP, accounting principles, and banking products. Focus on clarifying requirements for development and QA, supporting test case creation, and monitoring regulatory changes to guide product evolution.
Location: Poland; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office
Annual gross base pay: PLN 117,000–228,000, plus potential bonuses and equity incentives

What you will do
- Translate EBA and local regulatory requirements into product features and functional specifications.
- Write and maintain Business Requirements Documents and Functional Specifications Documents covering data inputs, processes, logic, and expected outcomes.
- Partner with Development, QA, and Product teams to ensure requirements are understood, implemented accurately, and aligned with regulatory expectations.
- Support test case development, clarify requirements, and address regulatory questions throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to inform product evolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–6+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, fintech, regulatory and compliance, or financial services.
- Ability to convert complex regulatory and business requirements into structured, developer-ready documentation.
- Experience collaborating across engineering, design, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, banking products, EBA guidelines, FINREP, and statistical or financial reporting standards.
Nice to have
- Experience with regulatory reporting platforms or compliance-focused software products.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Exposure to SQL, data, and analytics concepts.
- Additional spoken languages such as French, Spanish, German, or Dutch.
