Product Manager, AI

Location: Remote from Poland, Turkey, Romania, Spain, or Portugal

What you will do

• Define how AI fits into the core hirify.global platform and set the product direction.
• Identify workflows where AI can remove friction, determine where human control is required, and avoid unsuitable AI applications.
• Shape AI-driven customer experiences for payroll, compliance, payments, and operational data.
• Translate customer problems into clear product decisions in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
• Balance speed, accuracy, and trust in AI-powered workflows.
• Work with engineering to write specifications, run experiments, ship features, and scale them into production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a record of shipping products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Experience building AI- or data-heavy products and understanding model behavior, failure modes, and production deployment.
• Hands-on collaboration with engineers, including writing specifications, running experiments, and iterating on feedback.
• Ability to combine product strategy with detailed execution.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, HR technology, or other complex operational domains.
• Hands-on exposure to LLMs, automation, or AI tooling in production.
