Senior Technical Product Manager (AdTech)

Location: Europe, Poland, or Ukraine; remote-friendly opportunity

Develops scalable AdTech platforms and data-driven products for international customers, including enterprises and startups.

What you will do

• Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Gather stakeholder and customer requirements and translate them into product vision, initiatives, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive product discovery and identify improvements based on customer feedback, business needs, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, design, client success, and business stakeholders to deliver platform features.
• Define and track product KPIs and metrics, presenting plans, progress, and results to executives, customers, and partners.
• Monitor AdTech trends and contribute to strategic product decisions and long-term product direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Lead.
• Strong technical background and experience with complex technology products or platforms.
• Expert product management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience gathering and prioritizing requirements, defining roadmaps, user stories, and product documentation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level required.
