Senior Product Manager

Location: Remote from the United Kingdom, Germany, Portugal, Spain, or Poland

What you will do

• Own the WealthComply product, including customer needs, requirements, roadmap, releases, and outcomes.
• Research and write detailed requirements for engineers and AI coding agents to implement without refinement meetings.
• Become the product authority on FATCA and CRS using primary regulatory sources and the existing functional specification.
• Run the daily standup, resolve technical trade-offs, manage release readiness, and ensure product quality.
• Translate customer, prospect, and sales signals into roadmap decisions.
• Support onboarding, demos, support issues, content, releases, and internal tooling as part of a small team.

Requirements

• Experience shipping B2B software as a product manager, preferably in a small team with broad ownership.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, tax, financial services, or another domain where accuracy is critical, or the ability to learn such a domain quickly.
• Strong written requirements that engineers can implement without repeated clarification.
• Technical fluency, including reading code, scripting tools, and prototyping or shipping small fixes with AI-assisted development.
• Ability to verify claims against primary source documents and take ownership of product outcomes.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with FATCA, CRS, trust companies, fund administrators, private banks, or offshore reporting.
• Experience leading product across multiple related software businesses.
