Product Owner (AI)

Location: Fully remote from Poland

What you will do

• Lead customer communication, user interviews, feedback collection, discovery, and support during working hours.
• Prioritize the backlog and prepare work for sprint planning.
• Write product specifications, acceptance criteria, and documentation that developers and AI tools can use.
• Create rapid prototypes, perform UAT on staging, and contribute to controlled production releases.
• Analyze product data and draft, defend, and own measurable OKRs.
• Own customer-facing UX and collaborate with the Developer and Compliance on product strategy, privacy, GDPR, and delivery.

Requirements

• Product management or product ownership experience with measurable results from idea to outcome.
• Experience writing and defending product OKRs using data.
• Direct customer experience, including interviews, discovery, support, and B2B communication.
• Analytical thinking and ability to work with data; SQL or BI experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication, including specifications, acceptance criteria, documentation, and enough OpenAPI knowledge to read contracts.
• Daily use of AI tools, especially Claude Code, for prototypes, specifications, reviews, and repository work.

Nice to have

• Fintech experience with payments, AML/KYC, regulation, or GDPR.
• Basic knowledge of Git, merge requests, CI/CD, and staging-to-production workflows.
• Rapid prototyping experience with no-code or AI-assisted tools.
• Startup or small cross-functional team experience.
• Experience with API products and integrations between teams.
