Senior Product Manager (HR Tech)

Location: Remote or onsite; conditions listed as All, Poland, and Ukraine. Offices are available in Warsaw, Limassol, Almaty, and Yerevan.

What you will do

• Own the development of an HR Tech product within the broader ecosystem strategy.
• Manage the product strategy, roadmap, backlog, priorities, and multiple initiatives.
• Lead initiatives from problem definition and solution discovery through launch and outcome evaluation.
• Develop Employee Experience areas including internal communications, engagement, events, recognition, rewards, and everyday employee journeys.
• Research user needs, analyze feedback, improve UX, simplify journeys, and automate processes.
• Coordinate delivery across Engineering, QA, Design, Business Analysis, adjacent product teams, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience managing digital products as a Product Manager.
• Experience developing established products with extensive functionality, large user bases, and multiple internal stakeholders.
• Experience with product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, product discovery, hypothesis validation, user-journey research, analytics, and product metrics.
• Ability to evaluate initiatives by user and business impact, implementation cost, and complexity.
• Experience collaborating with Business Analysts, Design, Engineering, and QA.
• English: B1 or higher; Ukrainian or Russian: native or fluent proficiency.

• Experience with internal products, HR Tech, or Employee Experience products.
