Senior Product Manager, Pega Cloud Infrastructure (Maternity Cover)

Location: Hybrid in Krakow, Poland, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office

Base salary: 288,600–439,800 PLN annually, with potential annual bonus or commission and additional benefits.

What you will do

• Own discovery, prioritization, requirements, delivery alignment, launch readiness, and outcome follow-through for a defined cloud infrastructure product area.
• Build evidence-based roadmaps and prioritized backlogs based on operational, engineering, security, and customer needs.
• Partner with engineering, cloud operations, SRE, incident-response, security, and risk teams to reduce operational toil and manage platform risks.
• Drive network security and compliance outcomes across AWS and GCP while balancing provider-specific differences.
• Make tradeoffs between one-off customer requests and scalable, reusable shared-platform capabilities.
• Communicate priorities, dependencies, decisions, and risks, and engage customers for escalations, targeted discovery, and validation.

Requirements

• Experience owning complex technical product work and delivering cross-functionally.
• Strong product-level understanding of AWS or GCP services.
• Previous product experience with cloud networking, network security, and Kubernetes platform products.
• Ability to translate complex technical, operational, and security input into priorities, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong judgment, communication, follow-through, and ability to align engineering, operations, and security stakeholders.
• Ability to work in Agile teams and use Agentic Engineering workflows for product discovery, requirements, and delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with Pega Cloud or a comparable enterprise SaaS platform.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes operators, service mesh, or related platform capabilities, including CKA or CKAD certification.
• Experience in organizations using Agentic Engineering workflows.
