Day Shift GMP Supervisor

Location: Onsite at the Eli Lilly facility in Lebanon, Indiana, United States. Day shift with weekend and variable scheduling; some travel may be required.

Salary: $65,000–$70,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate activities performed by company and temporary employees within assigned GMP areas.
• Train, supervise, instruct, and evaluate employees on tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Inspect areas, equipment, working conditions, service quality, and safety compliance.
• Prepare pass-down reports and weekly or monthly updates.
• Track equipment and supplies inventory and schedule maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain training, inspection, attendance, and performance metric records while reporting issues and recommending corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Equivalent education, technical training, certifications, and progressively responsible experience leading facilities, operations, janitorial, manufacturing, or service teams will be considered.
• Experience with supervisory responsibilities, including assigning work, conducting evaluations, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds and perform the physical functions of the role.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
