What you will do

• Build professional networks, identify leads, and qualify new business opportunities.
• Develop and manage relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal resources.
• Conduct risk management surveys, assess coverage needs, and advise prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare and present new business and renewal proposals, including value-added educational materials.
• Support insurance placement negotiations and resolve client disputes involving complex claims.
• Maintain licensing-related continuing education and participate in internal, client, and industry meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of employee benefits insurance experience.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record and ability to maintain required insurance coverage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
