Senior Learning & Development Specialist (Gaming)

Location: Australia, Sydney

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract providing parental leave cover.

What you will do

• Manage People & Culture service desk tickets and respond to learning and capability requirements.
• Identify learning needs and collaborate with People & Culture and People Partners on capability development.
• Design and facilitate bespoke internal training sessions and workshops.
• Develop managers and leaders through targeted learning programs.
• Coordinate vendors and training calendars for hirify.global Essentials and hirify.global Academy within budget.
• Improve training processes, analyse reports, support engagement survey initiatives, and track program success metrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Learning & Development Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of organisational behaviour, change management principles, and adult learning theory.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels.
• Self-sufficient approach; experience in technology, gaming, or adjacent industries is desirable.
• A bachelor’s degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline is desirable.
