What you will do

• Perform full technical end-to-end installations, including server unboxing, imaging, and workstation/peripheral configuration.
• Configure Red Hat server environments and manage SQL database integrations.
• Deliver comprehensive virtual and onsite training to clients on the full Hollander software suite.
• Develop training materials, support documentation, and post-installation management reports.
• Travel extensively across Australia and New Zealand to conduct onsite installations and consultancy.
• Manage risk throughout the installation lifecycle and communicate unresolved issues to management.

Requirements

• Must be a permanent Australian resident.
• 5+ years of professional experience in desktop/software support or an IT-related Bachelor's degree.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Linux RedHat environments.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases and network configuration troubleshooting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for a customer-facing role.
• Current and legally recognized full car driver's license.

Nice to have

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• 2 years of experience in software training.
• Formal qualifications in Information Technology.
• Knowledge of motor vehicles and their componentry.
