What you will do

• Design and maintain training materials, user guides, quick-reference cards, FAQs, short video walkthroughs and facilitator materials for Scholarion’s SIS and ERP modules.
• Translate product, configuration and process knowledge from Delivery, Product and Education teams into clear content for teachers, administrators and school leaders.
• Support change-management activity, onboarding plans and go-live readiness as schools move from legacy tools to the standard Scholarion build.
• Create train-the-trainer materials, adoption content and practical use cases for Scholarion’s AI-enabled capabilities.
• Gather feedback and support queries to identify content gaps and continuously improve the clarity, accuracy and usefulness of the content library.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Product, Education, Customer Success and the Leading Edge Forum to communicate product enhancements and adoption guidance.

Requirements

• Experience designing and developing training content, user guides or change-management materials, ideally in a software, SaaS or technology-enabled environment.
• Ability to translate complex product, process or technical information into accessible content for non-technical audiences.
• Strong written communication skills and a structured approach to content design.
• Experience working with subject matter experts and supporting training delivery or facilitation in person, virtually or through self-service content.
• Ability to prioritise content needs against onboarding and go-live timelines.
• Passion for education and empathy for school staff adapting to new systems.

Nice to have

• Experience producing training or adoption content for AI-enabled or Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions.
• Familiarity with the K–12 schools sector or education technology.
• Experience with learning or content management tools, instructional design, train-the-trainer models, change-management frameworks or adoption measurement.
