Technical Customer Success Specialist (Night Shift)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid workplace. Working hours: night shift from 01:00 to 09:00 EET.

Salary: €1,500–€2,250 gross per month, plus bonuses; compensation may vary based on skills and competencies.

What you will do

• Support B2C and B2B customers through online chat, email, and dedicated channels for higher-tier clients.
• Investigate customer requests using client information and internal databases.
• Explain technical topics clearly, provide updates, and follow issues through to resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams on complex cases and translate product information into customer-facing answers.
• Monitor server health checks, client communication channels, and shift handovers.
• Provide proactive guidance, identify recurring questions, and help maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in customer support, customer success, or another client-facing role.
• Tech-savvy, investigative, independent, and motivated approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, take ownership, react quickly, and maintain focus and empathy.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
• Availability for the 01:00–09:00 EET night shift and hybrid work in Vilnius.
