Program Manager Sr. (Product Management)

What you will do

• Design, develop, review, and modify products across divisions, product lines, or market segments.
• Oversee new product development tasks and coordinate with business units on product introduction and ongoing sales.
• Develop and oversee marketing materials, advertisements, direct mail, and other product communications.
• Evaluate product performance and recommend changes to product or marketing strategy.
• Support additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to build working relationships with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to develop plans and meet delivery dates.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Digital product management or delivery experience.
• Leadership experience.
