Employee Benefits Senior Consultant

Location: Cleveland, OH, United States; office workplace

Salary: $70,000–$140,000 annual draw, reconciled against earned incentive compensation, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Build and manage profitable insurance relationships with prospects and clients.
• Cultivate internal and external professional relationships to identify potential customers.
• Acquire new insurance customers and deliver year-over-year revenue growth.
• Analyze, prepare, and advise on comprehensive business insurance strategies.
• Communicate the Huntington Insurance value proposition to current and prospective customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits insurance sales.
• Group Health license for Employee Benefits.
• Ability to follow state and federal regulations and bank policies regarding business conduct.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional grammar, and professional demeanor.
• Proven track record of meeting performance measures and effectively managing multiple tasks.
