GMP Lab Services Tech (GMP)

Location: Vacaville, California, United States. Onsite, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

Salary: $22.50–$23.50 per hour.

What you will do

• Sanitize glassware and perform steam sterilization using washers, autoclaves, HMI, OLRT, and DCS equipment.
• Schedule and run equipment recipes, load labware, document data, and maintain GMP compliance.
• Prepare labware for sanitization and sterilization, including residue removal, labeling, and steam indicator tape application.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas and equipment, perform applicable autoclave tests and cleanings, and report maintenance or facility fit issues.
• Coordinate operational requests and changes with QC and MSAT laboratory users.
• Assemble tubing assemblies and bioreactors in the MSAT non-GMP laboratory when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 6 months–1 year of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to follow customer and hirify.global SOPs, safety rules, and GMP procedures.
• Completion of required safety, task, basic, and annual qualification training.
• Certification in correct gowning procedures for assigned areas.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
