GMP Supervisor

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate activities within assigned areas of the GMP program, including company and temporary employees.
• Train, supervise, instruct, and evaluate employees on tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions for sanitation, OSHA, and site-specific SOP compliance.
• Prepare pass-down reports and weekly or monthly operational updates.
• Track equipment and supplies inventories and schedule equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Identify at-risk behavior, recommend corrective actions, and report personnel or customer issues to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Equivalent education, technical training, certifications, and progressively responsible experience leading facilities, operations, janitorial, manufacturing, or service teams will be considered.
• Experience with supervisory responsibilities, including work assignment, performance evaluations, employee discipline, complaint resolution, and training.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds and perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
