GMP Lead

Location: West Greenwich, RI

Salary: $23.90–$25.90 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor activities within assigned areas of the GMP program.
• Assist with training employees on tasks, safety requirements, policies, and procedures.
• Perform service and safety inspections and maintain accurate records, training documentation, data, and logbooks.
• Track equipment and supplies inventory, maintenance, and repairs; issue equipment and supplies as needed.
• Monitor personal protective equipment and report accidents or other issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Complete tasks according to site SOPs and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of high-tech experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license for operating company or personal vehicles.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds.

Nice to have

• Forklift certification.
• Spanish bilingual ability.
