What you will do

• Develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts for planning and control.
• Analyze financial data and key drivers of business and company performance.
• Prepare recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, future requirements, and operating forecasts.
• Coordinate the budget process and review monthly operating-unit results against forecasts and budgets.
• Create efficient operating reports and manage the distribution of accurate, timely financial reporting to management.
• Identify opportunities for standardization and automation and lead execution of improvements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree, 3 years with a master's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Expertise in using all key tools required for the role.
• Ability to derive insights and solve ambiguous problems with limited data.
• Ability to develop clear models representing complex financial situations.
• Deep understanding of technical financial and accounting concepts.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• MBA or CPA qualification.
• Detailed knowledge of FP&A.
