Product Training Specialist (Mortgage Technology)

Location: Remote for candidates based in the United States; Dallas, Texas preferred.

What you will do

• Design and maintain product training plans for different customer roles and user groups.
• Translate product features and functionality into e-learning modules, videos, webinars, live sessions, and coaching materials.
• Develop internal onboarding and product knowledge resources.
• Collaborate with Product and Implementation teams to identify training needs and coordinate customer programs, schedules, and delivery logistics.
• Lead group training, webinars, one-on-one coaching, and other customer and employee learning experiences.
• Evaluate training through surveys, quizzes, performance metrics, and learner feedback, then improve content and delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering technical product training or similar technology-focused learning programs.
• At least 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry and strong knowledge of the loan origination process.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts and processes through clear, practical instructions.
• Experience delivering live, webinar, digital learning, and one-on-one coaching programs.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, relationship-building, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related productivity tools; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
